In this video, Mitch Yost participates in a long forgotten PSA to help cross border water pollution in Imperial Beach, CA. The video was found on a faded VHS tape by a local IB resident at a yard sale. Discovering the Yost PSA on the tape, the resident uploaded it to share with other fans of 70′s era soul surfer.
