“Every year there is a surf contest at Rincon, California, called The Rincon Classic, and as part of it, there is also a Rincon Classic Video contest. Drake, 12 year old avid surfer, submitted one video this year, in the age 17 and under category. He missed a lot of editing time with both Thomas Fire and Montecito Mudflow evacuations, but he did a great job.
