In the spirit of Maria Sibylla Merian’s 18th century naturalistic plates, The New World Order Series is composed of drawings of fish stamped with the logos of the most polluting firms in terms of plastic waste: Coca Cola, Mac Donald, Danone, Unilever, Pepsico …

Underneath each fish, plastic fragments are drawn. hey were collected on beaches in the Atlantic (Brittany, Basque Country), the Mediterranean, the Pacific Ocean (Australia), as well as on rivers banks (Elba).

“Plastic is not a litter problem, it is a pollution problem, and it starts as soon as the plastic is made. Faced with no choice but plastic packaging, people are forced to be complicit in the plastic pollution crisis.” – Break Free from plastic.
